Wool carpets offer natural softness and long-lasting beauty, but they benefit from gentle care. Vacuum regularly using a soft brush or suction-only vacuum, address spills immediately, and schedule professional cleaning as needed to preserve the fiber’s luster, resilience, and luxurious feel.

What rug fiber is right for me? Wool: A timeless, high-end choice known for its softness, durability, and natural resilience. Wool resists crushing and hides wear beautifully, making it ideal for stair runners and living spaces where you want both comfort and longevity. Nylon: Exceptionally durable and resilient, nylon is a great option for high-traffic areas. It maintains its appearance well over time and is easy to clean, making it a practical choice for busy households. Performance (blends/treated fibers): Designed with real life in mind, performance fibers are engineered to resist stains, spills, and fading. Perfect for homes with kids, pets, or entertaining, without sacrificing style. Polypropylene (Olefin): A budget-friendly, highly stain-resistant option that performs well in indoor-outdoor settings or lower-traffic areas. It is less resilient than nylon or wool but easy to maintain. Polyester: Soft underfoot with beautiful color clarity, polyester offers a more affordable alternative with a luxurious look. Best suited for moderate-traffic spaces where comfort and appearance are the priority. Sisal (natural fiber): A textured, organic option that brings a relaxed, earthy feel to a space. Sisal is durable but more rigid underfoot and best for low-moisture areas where a natural look is the goal. As soon as your 50% deposit is received and order is confirmed, installations and rug deliveries are usually 3-5 weeks out when the carpet is in stock. If material is not in stock timing dependent on the manufacture production dates which will vary.

Of course. You’re welcome to take samples home from our showroom for up to a week so you can see everything in your space. We can also have complimentary samples shipped directly to you to keep, which typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
